HVAC Marketing SEO is the duo of Jennifer Robertson and Susan Vincent.

 

Both of us have backgrounds in marketing but our skill sets are in different areas, and that's what makes us a great complement to working together.

Our deep commitment to the clients we serve, guiding them and getting them the revenue results they desire is at the heart of our partnership.

We believe in listening to our clients, understanding where they are in their business growth, then creating a plan and implementing that plan.

I’ve spent over 30 years in Corporate Customer Service  & Administration, and let me tell you—helping people is what fires up my system. 🔥

For 7 of those years, I was deep in the HVAC world, working in customer service and account management for Honeywell’s Service Department.

That experience gave me a front-row seat to what makes HVAC

businesses tick—and what keeps customers coming back. From

scheduling service calls to solving problems fast, I’ve seen the inner workings of HVAC from the inside out.

But my toolkit doesn’t stop there. I’ve also turned up the heat in the world of marketing—specializing in brand awareness, website design, and social media that actually gets results. About Susan Vincent

I’m a seasoned digital marketer with a strong background in ranking local service-based businesses through proven SEO strategies and conversion-focused content.

 

While I’m new to the HVAC industry specifically, I bring years of hands-on experience working with trades like radon testing, pest control, welding, and custom manufacturing—industries

that require the same trust, visibility, and results

Before stepping into digital marketing, I owned and operated a brick-and-mortar business for a decade. Like many small business owners, I learned the hard way—making mistakes, wearing all the hats, and hustling through tough seasons.
